ADHD COACHING
Looking to get off struggle street and step into your potential?
As your ADHD Coach, my goal is to work with you in identifying the unique challenges you face before developing personalised approaches to attack them. We’ll focus on things like building your self-awareness and self-esteem, implementing practical systems, setting goals, and making holistic lifestyle changes.
While ADHD is never “cured”, you can definitely lessen the impacts of the ‘disorder’ and even learn to leverage it as a strength to the point it becomes a superpower.
This isn’t a sales pitch - it’s my story.
After receiving a late diagnosis at 30, following another lost job, I felt like a complete failure. I then got diagnosed and dedicated myself to learning about ADHD. Now I’m almost 40 and thriving with multiple jobs, including my own business. I’ve added ADHD coaching to my services because I know the devastating impacts ADHD has, and I know I can help.
what’s involved
-
Step 1: understand
Getting diagnosed with ADHD comes with a tidal wave of emotions and confusion. This is where we start. I’ll help you process the news and develop a better understanding of yourself and ADHD as a condition that impacts how your brain functions.
-
Step 2: IMPLEMENT
This is where we move from the emotional /psychological to the practical. The whiteboard comes out, and we start to implement strategies and systems that compensate for your ADHD. These will cover organisation, time management, and planning etc.
-
STEP 3: REVISE
Once goals have been set, we’ll check in on your journey. We can make necessary adjustments or, hopefully, set bigger targets as you grow in confidence and capabilty!
Next steps
If you’re ready to start ADHD coaching, please get in touch for a chat. My approach is quite hands-on, built around active application and accountability. I want to make sure we’re a good fit, just like when picking any other type of coach.
The starting cost is $400, which includes 4 x 1-hour sessions. Where my therapy services are offered in single sessions, ADHD coaching requires that I do more work in advance and behind the scenes, hence the larger upfront investment.
I don’t mean to be a pushy person, but I know the cost of unmanaged ADHD is so much more.
